You are an inspirational teacher who is passionate about inclusion. You have in-depth knowledge and understanding of dyslexia and literacy difficulties and have a proven track-record as an educator, teacher and/or practitioner in this area. You are determined to make an impact on policy and practice in the field of dyslexia and inclusion. You are currently, or keen to become, a research-engaged academic. You will contribute to the field of inclusive education through your research and scholarly activity and, in turn, enhance students' learning and professional practice. You are also someone who relishes the opportunity to lead new and innovative developments in the Department. QTS and/or a relevant professional qualification is essential for this role.
