This is a full-time role within a specialist SEN school, providing vital support to both the students and teaching staff.About the Role:
* Support young children with complex needs in an inclusive and structured learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure each child's individual learning plan is followed.
* Assist with daily activities, sensory play, and communication support.
* Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging atmosphere to promote development and confidence.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting is essential.
* Experience working with children with SEN or complex needs is highly desirable.
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and specialists.
