Salary: £40,000 to £46,000. Location: Canwick, Lincoln.
We are an ambitious, forward‑thinking company dedicated to delivering safe, compliant construction and water excavation projects across the western Anglian Water region.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in ensuring CDM 2015 regulations are met, with a strong focus on health and safety, temporary works, and lifting operations in a fast‑paced environment.
* Lead as Principal Designer, reviewing design packs and pre‑construction information.
* Manage design and RAMS approvals to keep projects moving.
* Oversee Temporary Works and ensure procedures are followed on site.
* Support and approve lifting operations, mentoring teams on safe practices.
* Conduct site safety audits, report hazards, and promote a zero‑incident culture.
* Train and coach engineers and technicians on CDM, lifting, and temporary works.
* Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver safe, efficient projects.
What You Need To Be Successful
You will be an experienced supervisor with a solid background in construction and water industry excavation projects. We are more interested in your demonstrated behaviours and the following qualifications:
* CPCS Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) certification
* CITB Temporary Works Coordinator qualification
* IOSH membership
* Full UK driving licence
