What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Excellent communication, observation, and record-keeping skills.
* A team player with a caring, professional attitude and a commitment to inclusion and equality.

What You'll Do:
* Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Support the physical, emotional, and social development of every child.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where children feel valued and secure.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and team members.
* Promote inclusive practices and provide additional support to children with special educational needs or disabilities.
* Adhere to all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.
