What's the role?
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone.
This field-based role involves meaningful interactions with customers and a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability through Hilti Tools and Software.
What does the role involve?
1. You will be responsible for the operational, organisational, and strategic sales and account management of your territory.
2. Driving to customers in your designated region Monday-Friday, building relationships, and expanding business by understanding customer needs and providing Hilti solutions.
3. Demonstrating our innovative tools and state-of-the-art software to customers.
4. Utilising the Salesforce CRM system effectively.
5. Working towards defined sales targets in your region.
What you need is:
* Have a full, manual UK driving license and willingness to travel for site visits Monday to Friday.
* Have no more than six points on your driving license.
* Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK; note that visa sponsorship is not available due to salary thresholds.
* Proven sales experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical fields, or in any industry with a solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to uncover customer pain points and needs to provide suitable solutions.

* Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels, from Site Operators to Managing Directors.
* Drive, curiosity, motivation, and a passion for learning and growth.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
