On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are looking for a confident and approachable individual to support the day to day running of the business during an exciting phase of expansion. This is a varied role combining customer service, operational coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or client service would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to client enquiries and assisting with general support
Managing and dispatching orders in a timely, accurate manner
Supporting the team with social media content planning
To be able to provide exceptional customer service
Coordinating engineer appointments and ensuring necessary materials are arranged
Handling payments and managing the customer database
Sales and aftersales of all products
Identifying and reducing inefficiencies in operational processes
Supporting with general upkeep and presentation of the workspace
Maintaining company standards and supporting brand image
Assisting with business planning activities and KPIs alongside the Office Manager
Holding keyholder responsibilities Key Skills
Strong customer service or administrative experience
Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
Confident use of IT systems and tools
Ability to work independently and within a small team
Knowledge of the local area beneficial
