Job description:

The CCC Engineer will be expected to provide technical expertise and consultancy at customer sites to commission, troubleshoot, engineer, operate, configure and optimize CCC products and systems at customer sites. Additionally, the Engineer will advise CCC customers in specific, appropriate product usage.
Key responsibilities
1. Using independent judgement, knowledge, and expertise to perform Pre-commissioning activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing.
2. Test and perform tuning including machinery testing, control loop tuning and troubleshooting within the larger customer process.
3. Apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations to effectively complete specific projects and tasks.
4. Thermodynamic calculations and analysis of machine performance.
5. Provide remote technical support, systems engineering support and troubleshooting
6. Transfer technology knowledge to Customer operating and engineering staff through training sessions.
7. Collaborate with departments cross functionally to support the entire Lifecycle of our products and customer experience
8. Complete required administrative tasks (expenses, reports, and aftermarket support
9. Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required
10. Follow all company safety policies and procedures
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university required (mechanical, electrical, turbomachinery)
- Minimum 5-10 years of previous work experience with turbo machinery control systems (Compressors, Steam / Gas Turbines, Expanders, Generators) and Process control preferred
