Production Support Manager Role – What is involved?
Working alongside our Production Leader, you will support on the execution of our P&C specialties production strategy to grow business with existing and new retail partners and clients. You will work on the design and implementation of key growth initiatives, product development and new capabilities ensuring our broking and client facing teams have the tools they need for successful growth.
You will support the Production Leader on a wide ranging and varied portfolio of key growth initiatives which will likely include; supporting the development of new products and evolution of existing products, developing marketing collateral for existing and new products, building market intelligence for targeted sales efforts, working with our internal teams to better leverage the technical capabilities of Salesforce and identifying opportunities for multi business line collaboration.
What are the typical responsibilities?
* Support the Production Leader in defining the project plan, framework and delivery timescales for projects and business initiatives
* Work with stakeholders to ensure each project is progressing correctly and on track for delivery
* Take ownership for appropriate projects or project elements to deliver within agreed project parameters
* Manage data and reporting for the projects and strategic initiatives, including gathering data, review and cleanse as required, and take responsibility for storing and maintaining this data
* Assist in gathering information on key initiatives across the Regional Focus Groups, including preparing reporting packs and updates for production meetings
* Facilitate the production meetings including organizing, gathering information, providing structure / meeting plan and sharing updates on appropriate projects and growth initiatives
* Oversee Salesforce and other data records (e.g. DCS, Power BI etc.) to ensure new business prospects and successes can be accurately tracked and reported on
* Assist in the management and leverage of key carrier relationships where required, to facilitate the successful completion of new projects, products and growth initiatives

What skills and experience would we like you to have?
* Technical understanding of Insurance, particularly Property, Casualty, A&H or Crisis Management lines will be highly beneficial.
* Previous experience of working in a sales, marketing, business development or product development type role will be highly beneficial.
* Experience of working in a project type environment, managing a varied delivery focused workload will be beneficial.
* Strong organisational and planning skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
* Professional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve production objectives and maximise opportunity will be highly beneficial.
