Overview
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused Programmatic Account Manager role that partners closely with a Programmatic Director to ensure high‑quality activation, operational excellence, and confident client delivery within the Performics practice.
Responsibilities
* Own the day‑to‑day delivery of programmatic campaigns, ensuring accuracy, quality assurance and smooth execution.
* Support the Programmatic Director by translating strategy into well‑built, commercially sound media plans.
* Act as the go‑to person for campaign implementation, troubleshooting and optimisation across multiple clients.
* Provide campaign performance analysis across leading DSPs, delivering clear insights.
* Work closely with planners, finance teams and other agency stakeholders to manage budgets, POs and timelines.
* Build trusted, professional relationships with clients through clear communication and dependable delivery.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and campaign effectiveness across the team.
Qualifications
* Experience running programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon.
* Strong understanding of ad serving and trafficking, including CM360.
* Confidence working across the full campaign lifecycle, from planning through to reporting and optimisation.
* Structured, organised approach with a strong eye for detail and financial accuracy.
* Ability to explain programmatic performance clearly to different audiences.
* Experience supporting or managing junior team members, with a collaborative leadership style.
* Curiosity about the evolving programmatic landscape, including cookieless solutions, retail media and SVOD.
