Plumbing Service Technician - Lancaster, CA

Responsibilities:
* Receive dispatch notifications, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices using a company-provided iPad.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly.
* Perform water heater repairs and installations.
* Clear clogged drains using various cable machines.
* Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements.
* Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs.
* Provide multiple options to customers in the form of "Good, Better, Best."
* Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required
* MUST have a valid California driver's license.
* Ability to work weekends and one on-call night shift per week.
* Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
* Willingness to be a team player.
