We’re opening a new Motorpoint store in Leeds and you could be part of it. This is a milestone in our growth journey and a chance to help shape something special from day one. All new starters will receive full training at a nearby Motorpoint store, working with the local team before opening day.
The Role
Sales Support
Salary: £12.25 per hour basic + bonus
Location: Leeds
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required.
What will you be getting up to?
* Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
* Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
* Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
* Understanding what each customer needs and ensuring a smooth handover to the right team member
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
* Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month
What do we need from you?
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Experience of delivering great customer service (any industry)
* Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
* Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
* Enthusiastic, proactive and customer-focused
