We are looking to bring in a hands‑on Lean Six Sigma Consultant to support a series of process improvement initiatives. This is a delivery‑focused role where you’ll be working closely with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement activity, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Location: One of these locations as suits - Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)

What you’ll do
* Leading DMAIC-based improvement activity across key processes
* Facilitating workshops and problem‑solving sessions with stakeholders
* Conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues
* Mapping current and future state processes (AS‑IS / TO‑BE)
* Identifying waste and inefficiencies across operations
* Using data to produce insight‑driven recommendations
* Supporting implementation of improvements and tracking outcomes
* Establishing measures and controls to ensure sustainability of change
What to bring
* Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement roles
* Green Belt (minimum) or equivalent practical experience
* Demonstrable delivery of DMAIC projects end‑to‑end
* Strong analytical capability (Excel as a minimum; Power BI or Minitab desirable)
* Experience in process mapping and operational improvement
* Confident facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders
* Able to work independently in a contract environment and deliver at pace
