Behaviour Mentor : Luton : Full Time : Immediate Start
TLTP are currently working with a Luton:based secondary school who are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to support students across KS3 and KS4. This position will start immediately and run for the remainder of the academic year.

Can you build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to help them manage their behaviour and re:engage with learning?
Do you have prior experience working with students who display challenging behaviour or require emotional support?
If you answered yes to these questions, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you
Behaviour Mentor:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who have SEMH, SEBD or ASD needs, providing one:to:one and small:group support within mainstream classrooms and through targeted interventions. Youll help students develop coping strategies, improve social skills, and stay engaged in learning. At times, you may cover lessons or lead small group activities to help pupils meet their personal and academic goals.
Youll collaborate with teachers, the SENCo, and pastoral teams to develop individual behaviour plans, monitor progress, and ensure students feel supported in a safe, structured learning environment. Experience with Team Teach or MAPA training would be beneficial.
