Park Recruit are working with a leading electrical contracting business in Co Tyrone to recruit an Inspection and Testing Engineer. As a key member of the Compliance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical testing and inspection services, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with current regulations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and develop strong working relationships with clients. Schedule and deliver periodic testing services, including: Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) Emergency Lighting Periodic Inspection Reports (PIRs) Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Carry out inspection and testing on small-scale maintenance projects. Test and certify Electric Vehicle (EV) charger installations. Produce accurate and timely reports and certifications. Support wider contract works through testing and certification. Conduct site audits and follow up on compliance actions. Promote and expand local testing services where opportunities arise. Skills & Qualifications Inspection & Testing qualification (Essential). 18th Edition BS 7671 (Essential). NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Preferred). EV Charger Installation and Testing Certification (Preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and industry standards. Experience producing EICRs, PIRs, and PAT reports. Full UK Driving Licence (Essential). Strong IT, organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Benefits 28 days annual leave.
