Job Description
The role…
The Sales Executive is crucial to us. You will communicate with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to generate business, helping the company grow by acquiring and developing customers.
Your daily responsibilities include:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Radius products or services using sales scripts and templates.
2. Answer questions about products or Radius as a business.
3. Drive conversations to understand customer needs and close sales.
4. Keep internal communications updated.
5. Use your initiative to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Expectations from you:
* Good communication skills and telephone manner.
* Driven to meet and exceed targets.
* Flexible and open to new working methods.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel.
