Salary: £41,907 Basic | £48,000 OTE uncapped, based on time saved 45 hrs per week | Weekends on a rota We offer; 25 days holidays plus bank holidays which increase overtime served Manufacturer training including electric & hybrid vehicle servicing & repair to enhance your self-development.

In this role: Youll carry out a range of maintenance work on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty, and repair work.
Youll complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
Youll support the less skilled Technicians in diagnosing all types of issues, guiding them on being highly efficient.
Were looking for: Someone qualified as a Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
Someone with exposure to both complex diagnostic and servicing work, with experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
Most importantly, someone with a mentor mindset, happy to share their knowledge and expertise with the workshop.
