Key Responsibilities:
: Work Order Management: Efficiently handle PPM and Reactive tasks, meeting contractual benchmarks and SFG 20 standards.
: Diagnostic Skills: Utilize your expertise to identify and resolve malfunctions, using advanced diagnostic tools and providing detailed reports.
: Inventory Management: Streamline material procurement, identifying shortages and suggesting improvement strategies.
: Client Relations: Build strong relationships with client representatives, ensuring top:notch service delivery.
: Safety Awareness: Proactively identify and mitigate hazards to maintain a secure work environment.
: Process Improvement: Offer insights to enhance processes, improving efficiency and service quality.
: End:to:End Ownership: Manage tasks from start to finish, maintaining meticulous documentation.
: Regulatory Compliance: Keep site F Gas records and logbooks up to date, integrating them into the CAFM system.
: Maintenance Expertise: Conduct repairs and maintenance on A/C and commercial refrigeration units.
: Flexibility: Be available for overtime to handle urgent tasks and meet PPM requirements.
: Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers and other team members to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
: Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 2 years in AC/Refrigeration engineering.
: Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 (6187) NVQ/City and Guilds/Cat 02, along with F Gas Handling and Management (2079) certification.
: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
: Familiarity with CAFM systems, preferably on handheld devices.
: Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
: Dedication to providing exceptional client service.

: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
