Internal Key Account Manager – Buckinghamshire – £38,000 + Commission
Our client, who covers a variety of equipment, but our core products are Manual Pallet Trucks, Electric Pallet Trucks/Stackers/Pickers, Aluminium Sack Trucks, is seeking a full time Internal Key Account Manager to join their team in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be looking after their inboxes & calendars and assisting in booking appointments. This brand new opportunity involves working within the Sales team and providing excellent sales and customer support.
As an Account Manager your tasks include:
Manage the External Sales Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and customer
visits.
• Monitor and prioritise incoming emails, drafting responses where appropriate to ensure timely
communication with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up correspondence.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of smaller accounts, ensuring regular communication
and exceptional service
