Job Title: UK Health and Safety Coordinator
Salary: £26,600 - £32,600
Location: Cambridge, UK – Hybrid (minimum 60% in office required)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week
About The Role
Assist the UK H&S Manager driving the implementation of actions and changes to ensure that the organisation is compliant with all its legal and moral responsibilities for health & safety in the UK by ensuring goals and strategies are communicated, understood and implemented. Ensure the organisation maintains good health & safety standards and practices in the UK utilising the operational UK elements of the global Safety Management System.
Ensure a consistent approach to property related H&S across all our UK offices, aligned with similar approaches undertaken for overseas offices by the International Property & Services team.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Work in collaboration with the Global Health & Safety team and GPaO health & safety team in delivering health and safety.
* Ensure UK organisations comply with UK legislation.
* Coordinate and deliver training.
* Manage a schedule of workplace inspections, ensuring the safety and compliance of the offices.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

* NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) as a minimum.
