Purpose of the Role: To plan and manage time critical logistics solutions throughout Europe and worldwide, operating within strict time constraints and ensuring all schedules and deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage time critical logistics and transport operations across the UK and Europe Monitor shipments and ensure all schedules, deadlines and service levels are achieved Work closely with the Team Leader to support operational best practice and service excellence Maintain awareness of European driving regulations and transport restrictions to support effective route planning Escalate delays or operational issues promptly and provide suitable resolution options Build and maintain strong relationships with transport carriers and suppliers Identify and communicate any gaps in carrier coverage to the supplier management team Ensure carrier non-conformances are accurately recorded and escalated in line with quality procedures Essential requirements: Previous experience within logistics, transport or freight coordination is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
