Role Description
This is an on‑site, full‑time Lighting Technical Lead role based in Rye. The Lighting Technical Lead will manage and oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of state‑of‑the‑art lighting systems for various projects. Responsibilities include team coordination, technical execution, quality assurance, and troubleshooting complex lighting systems to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with clients and project stakeholders to deliver customized and innovative lighting solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience with lighting systems design, installation, and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of technical aspects related to electrical systems and smart lighting solutions
* Leadership and team management skills for overseeing project teams
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting expertise
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
* Ability to manage complex schedules and meet project deadlines
* Familiarity with venue‑wide solutions, including integration with other systems
* Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Technology, Lighting Design, or a related field
* Experience working in a system integrator or technology‑oriented industry is a plus
