Pastoral / Welfare Assistant Location: Lancaster, Morecambe & Heysham Start Date: February 2026 Contract: Full‑time or Part‑time Pay: £13.75–£14.50 per hour Schools across the Lancaster, Morecambe and Heysham areas are recruiting Pastoral and Welfare Assistants to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour and day‑to‑day welfare. This is a vital role within the school community, focused on ensuring every pupil feels safe, supported and able to engage fully in their learning.
