Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation (may be required to work occasional weekends)

We are looking for a Transport Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to our transport operation and ensure the smooth and compliant running of daily activities.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Supporting daily transport operations by completing all required administrative tasks professionally and on time
* Allocating work to drivers and ensuring they receive the correct documentation
* Assisting with driver debriefs and checking paperwork for accuracy and compliance
* Maintaining accurate records relating to vehicle checks, tachographs, working time and legal compliance
* Liaising with drivers, planners and managers to resolve queries efficiently
* Assisting with incident reporting, absence tracking, and general office administration
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role (preferred but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to work with drivers, planners and managers
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and transport systems (training provided)
