The Company You Will Be Working For
MTrec Commercial proudly represents our industry‑leading client in their search for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a temporary role for around 2 months to support the company with a backlog of work, though there could be an opportunity for the role to be made permanent on a part‑time basis. The Role You Will Be Doing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, documenting daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring ledgers are accurate.
* Process invoices – handling both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and preventing discrepancies in financial transactions.
* Process payments to external partners, issue invoices, and manage the flow of cash within the organization.
* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for management review, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
* Work Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4pm, Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm.
About You
* Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
* Attention to detail
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP
* Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
