About the role
We’re looking to talk to procurement specialists who will be joining a small function as the Procurement & Supplier Oversight Manager. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this is a new role within the business and will be part of the growing Edinburgh office. This is a relatively new area for the business, meaning you will have real scope and autonomy to deliver a more structured process across supplier negotiations and on-boarding, due diligence, and delivery of supplier relationships that will benefit the business.
Based on a hybrid basis from a lovely Edinburgh city centre office (3 days on‑site / 2 home), you’ll be joining the business at an exciting time in their development.

We’re Looking For…
* Extensive experience as a Procurement/Supplier Manager in a regulated environment
* Proven track record of successful commercial negotiations
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
* A risk‑focussed approach to working with suppliers
* Great regulatory knowledge
* Due diligence experience would be a bonus here too
* Accessibility to Edinburgh office for hybrid working
You Will Be…
* Happy to operate in a hands‑on environment as part of a small team
* Procuring suppliers and taking a lead on negotiating commercials as well as managing relationships
* Managing all supplier‑related issues that arise
* Supporting oversight monitoring of the wider business
* Administering contracts on Agiloft and risk assessments
* Identifying cost savings across the business
* Helping to embed a TPRM framework into the business
