Now, we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead Scrummi’s digital growth across B2B and e-commerce channels.
The role will take ownership of our digital ecosystem — from Shopify site management and UX optimisation through to email marketing, paid media, and SEO — ensuring our online presence drives engagement, conversion, and brand advocacy.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll develop and deliver digital strategies and campaigns that elevate brand visibility, enhance user experience, and generate measurable commercial impact. You will also lead on new digital projects that strengthen Scrummi’s digital infrastructure and customer experience.
What you’ll do:
* In conjunction with the Marketing Director, develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
* Manage and optimise the Shopify website, ensuring excellent UX, conversion rate optimisation, and relevant content updates.
* Lead the creation and delivery of new digital projects that improve online performance, functionality, and customer engagement.
* Own the email marketing strategy and execution: segmentation, automation flows, and performance optimisation.
* Use Klaviyo data and analytics to enhance customer journeys and maximise lifecycle revenue.
* Partner with our SEO agency to deliver on‑page and technical optimisation, driving organic growth.
* Manage paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn — ensuring efficient spend, quality leads, and strong ROI.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign content, blogs, and storytelling that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
* Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and creative assets.
* Monitor and report on key KPIs across Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and paid channels.
* Deliver actionable insights to optimise performance and inform strategic decisions.
* Work cross‑functionally with the Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to align digital performance with wider business goals.
* Manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver high‑quality digital output.
What we’re looking for:
* A proven track record of quality experience in digital marketing in the UK, ideally within B2B or e‑commerce (beauty, professional, or sustainable sectors preferred).
* Proven hands‑on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
* Familiarity with Brightpearl or similar ERP systems advantageous.
* Strong understanding of UX, CRO, SEO, paid media, and campaign analytics.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills with strong commercial awareness.
* Passionate about sustainability and enhancing customer experience.
