Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
* Utilize practical experiments and real-world applications to bring Physics concepts to life.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys.
* Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum and resources.
* Potential for a TLR for a candidate with proven leadership skills and a commitment to departmental improvement.
* Actively promote and support the school's ethos of empowering young women.
* Strong subject knowledge in Physics.
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
* Experience in delivering practical science lessons.
