In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical design stage, converting conceptual designs into fully detailed and build-ready information. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure projects achieve the highest standards of compliance, quality, and delivery. The Role:
Convert design proposals into accurate technical drawings and construction information
Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules for residential and mixed-use projects
Oversee and coordinate the technical delivery of projects from early design through to completion
Ensure all documentation complies with current Building Regulations, planning policies, and quality benchmarks
