About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and supporting students’ learning and behaviour. You will play a key role in maintaining a structured environment during teacher absence and ensuring students continue to make progress. Responsibilities: • Supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff, following pre-prepared lesson plans. • Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive classroom environment. • Support students’ engagement, learning, and behaviour. • Provide constructive feedback to teachers on lesson delivery and student outcomes. • Assist with administrative tasks, such as registers and lesson records. • Adapt to different classes and year groups, providing support as needed. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a teaching or classroom support role is preferred. • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive classroom environment. • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different teaching situations. • Committed to supporting the well-being and academic progress of students.
