Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and consultation to practitioners across the multi‑agency partnership.
* Support families when significant harm has been identified.
* Participate in strategy meetings, section 47 enquiries, child protection plans and pre‑proceedings.
* Encourage family group decision making and challenge across the multi‑agency group.
Qualifications
* Qualified social worker with significant experience and skill.
* Excellent knowledge of child abuse, contributing factors and consequences.
* Social Work England registration.
* Successful Disclosure and Barring Service check.
