The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, confident and people‑focused Leisure Club Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our leisure club. This role plays a key part in ensuring guests enjoy a safe, welcoming and well‑organised experience, while team members feel supported, motivated and clear in their roles.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the leisure club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
2. Managing staff schedules to ensure appropriate cover and a balanced team presence
3. Supporting the upkeep of the club, ensuring facilities and equipment are safe, clean and in good working order
4. Providing visible, supportive leadership to the leisure team, helping them feel motivated, confident and engaged
5. Delivering excellent customer service and responding to guest queries or concerns in a calm, professional and solution‑focused way
6. Supporting the development and delivery of marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain members
7. Leading regular team briefings to share updates, reinforce standards and encourage open communication
8. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety procedures, protecting the wellbeing of guests and colleagues at all times
9. Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
10. Providing regular feedback and reports to the Leisure Club Manager on performance, standards and guest experience
