What We Offer Salary up to £55,000, with uncapped OTE circa £85,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company vehicle or car allowance Continuous training and professional development Employee referral scheme (£1,000) Company pension scheme Life assurance (4 x basic salary) Employee scholarship scheme Central benefits platform with a wide range of discounts Health and wellbeing resources Bravo Awards recognising outstanding contributions The Role Reporting into the Head of New Business Development as a member of the central New Business Centre of Excellence, as the Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for Growing Our Net New Service Portfolio within the mid-market range of business £5m - £100m turnover Drive new business sales, identifying and engaging prospects directly Research and uncover customer needs, creating urgency and compelling value propositions Prepare persuasive proposals that inspire change and deliver clarity to customer stakeholders Build strategies for prospect engagement across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, events) Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to progress opportunities through the sales funnel Share insights and contribute to team success across the wider sales organisation Manage performance through CRM systems and consistently achieve revenue and margin targets Uphold company policies, compliance, and health and safety standards This is a home-based role, covering the Midland region. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in new business generation & lead Conversion Territory Sales Management experience (£5m–£100m market segment) A successful background in solution selling Fire and Security Service Sales would be an advantage Strong sales methodology to support opportunity creation and decision-making Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Creative mindset to innovate service and product combinations for customer needs Strong organisational skills and resilience under pressure Ability to develop business plans with clear milestones Commercial awareness and adaptability across markets Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint) – training available Full driving licence About Us Chubb Fire & Security have been protecting people and assets worldwide for more than 200 years.
