About the Role
You will provide direct, trauma-informed outreach and advocacy to individuals impacted by domestic abuse. Working one-on-one with clients, you'll offer emotional and practical support, safety planning, risk assessment, and help in accessing services such as legal advice, housing, benefits, and health care.This role also involves liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies, attending multi-agency risk assessment conferences (MARAC), facilitating group support sessions, and helping clients rebuild confidence and reduce isolation.
