Here at GXO Logistics, were looking for a Contract Manager to join the team at our growingsite in Thatcham We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer-Facing Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle with customers, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met This is a permanent, full-time role where youll be predominately working Monday Frida y however some flexibility would be great, this is logistics after all! What youll do on a typical day: Ensure key contractual SLAs and KPIs are archived across the site Produce strategic account plans and direct teams to ensure that services and work achieve the objectives Cultivate client relationships and manage those relationships with excellence Identify and capture business opportunities within existing accounts Understands assigned clients ecommerce marketing objectives, business needs and budget What you need to succeed at GXO: Have demonstrable experience in a fast-moving E-Fulfilment & retail logistics operation experience Significant 3PL client service delivery or account management experience Proven success in delivering costs, KPIs and good knowledge of CI principles Excellent people management skills with the ability to build credible and strong professional relationships at all levels Strong understanding of Stock & Systems would be an advantage We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains TBC ADZN1_UKTJ
