What you will do
1. Work closely with green energy clients to understand their projects and talent needs
2. Proactively win new business through calls, emails and relationship-building
3. Become a trusted partner to clients delivering renewable energy projects worldwide
4. Source and engage high-calibre technical talent through headhunting, LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first conversation to placement and global mobilisation
6. Build deep expertise in a renewable energy niche, owning your market over time
