We are working with a global EV infrastructure partner to hire a NOC & Field Service Engineer to manage the installed base of chargers. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the UK network and supporting the Customer Service Team to create a truly reliable infrastructure for EV drivers. You will also be responsible for ensuring our reactive and proactive maintenance is executed and to act as a first point of contact for our Field Service Partners (FSPs).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring and conducting maintenance (both preventative and reactive) of the charger network Installed Base.
Responsible for managing and using the UK Assets Database and to collaborate with the wider Team to develop analytic dashboards and reports to improve performance and reliability.
Your tasks will include:
Operate the Network to ensure charger availability and an adequate and timely response to charger faults.
Make sure the Electrical Installation Condition Report Program (EICR) as well as the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules are maintained and executed.
First point of contact for UK Field Service Partners.
Provide detailed FSP data for Management to optimize the UK FSP relationships and performance.
Maintain the data integrity of the UK Assets Database
Documenting and optimizing operational processes as required
Act as first point of contact for internal and external escalations in the UK regarding charger issues in the field
Monthly Performance Reporting
Skills and Experience:
Educated to GCSE standard or Electrical based City & Guild Qualification.
Must have 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Mechanical & Electrical or EV Industry.
An understanding of Electrical components used on EV installations.
Customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal as you will support key client customer meetings and liaise with external contractors.
Asset management experience and expertise to monitor and improve network performance, using data and dashboards to drive performance improvement and cost reduction.
Analytical and reporting skills to monitor and improve network performance
Process optimisation skills.
