The Opportunity Leadership role within an established residential conveyancing team Quality-focused caseload (no high-volume work) Supported by a Paralegal and Legal Secretary Clear progression and long-term career development Strong local reputation and excellent client reviews The Role Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload Progressing matters efficiently while delivering high-quality client service Handling compliance, AML and client care requirements Acting for lenders and managing exchanges and completions Building relationships with local estate agents and referrers Leading and mentoring the Kingswood conveyancing team Hosting team meetings, 1:1s and development reviews Supporting recruitment, training and supervision of junior staff About You Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer Strong residential conveyancing experience Confident supervising or ready to step into a leadership role Commercial, client-focused and relationship-driven Interested?
