While prior professional experience is not required, applicants must present a strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency with industry-standard software, solid understanding of best practices, and a clear grasp of game asset pipelines. We are seeking junior artists who stand out as truly top of their class. Responsibilities Design, build, and polish high-fidelity 3D environments grounded in realism Develop shaders, materials, and textures Create assets that utilise both
baked and tiling workflows Bake, modify and integrate photogrammetry assets and scanned data to enhance environmental detail Collaborate closely with level designers to define spatial storytelling Contribute to the lookdev process, helping to maintain visual consistency across varied biomes and architectural styles Optimize assets for performance without sacrificing visual quality Must-Have Skills Proven experience and understanding of
Zbrush Strong portfolio with a
realistic visual style Working knowledge of
Unreal Engine, including asset integration and material/shader systems Good understanding of
architecture ,
biome construction, and
environmental composition Proficient in
texturing ,
material creation, and
shader development Comfortable using
both baked and tiling workflows Excellent eye for scale, proportion, and detail Strong understanding of environmental storytelling and atmosphere Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working with
photogrammetry and scan data pipelines Experience with
lighting
in Unreal Engine Hands-on
photogrammetry capture and processing Background or strong interest in
horror
aesthetics and genre Previously
shipped titles
