We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to join a major enterprise programme focused on HR systems transformation. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, testing strategy, and coordination skills, particularly within HR or People systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for HR systems implementations and integrations.
* Define test strategy, plans, and schedules across multiple workstreams.
* Oversee test execution, defect management, and progress reporting.
* Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Drive quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement across testing processes.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager on large-scale HR technology programmes.
* Hands-on understanding of HR applications (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, or similar).
* Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
