Various hours and days, to the total of 5 days/evenings per week in the summer for up to 35 hours.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take and serve beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
* Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure their safety
* Handle cash transactions and process payments
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
* Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
* Basic culinary skills for garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
