We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm based in Farnworth, Bolton, seeking a Personal Injury (PI) Fee Earner to join their established team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in handling personal injury claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement or trial
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts, and third parties
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and statements
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience handling personal injury claims (e.g., RTA, EL/PL)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with relevant case management systems
