Vehicle Technician – Llandow
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their reputable franchise‑approved Repair Centre in Llandow. The Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering high‑quality vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Benefits
* Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
* Monthly performance‑related bonus averaging £400 (£4,800 annually).
* Additional pay for overtime at time and a half.
* 22 days annual holiday entitlement, increasing to 23, 24, and 25 days after 1, 3, and 5 years of service respectively, plus bank holidays.

Duties
* Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
* Ensure vehicle safety, reliability, and performance through precise diagnostics.
* Follow manufacturer and company procedures to complete work to high standards.
* Record vehicle conditions and report issues to the Service Manager.
* Maintain a tidy and organised workshop environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and quality procedures.
* Assist with vehicle road testing and complete relevant documentation.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of manufacturer training and technical updates.
Requirements
* Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Ideally 1–2 years of post‑qualification experience in a busy Dealership environment.
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal endorsements.
* Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and meet set productivity targets.
* MOT Smart Card is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in vehicle electronics, diagnosis, or light commercial vehicles is desirable.
