Job Overview
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer with experience in a busy customer-focused environment to provide excellent frontline services to our residents. Responsibilities include handling enquiries related to a wide range of council services, cash handling, and clerical support.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience in dealing with front-line enquiries in a busy customer service setting
* Excellent communication skills and high standards of customer care
* Well-developed IT skills
* Moderate cash handling experience
* Clerical and team working experience
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and make strong decisions
* High accuracy in a busy environment
Additional Information
You may be required to cover any First Stop Shop within North Lanarkshire.
