What your days will look like:
1. Undertaking coordination and review of a wide range of partnership tax assignments, including computations, returns, and input to tax treatment.
2. Dealing with client queries related to data requests, reviewing follow-up queries, and corresponding with internal and external parties.
3. Managing teams across multiple locations, both onshore and offshore.
4. Organising, monitoring, and managing your workload and that of your team.
5. Leading development of yourself and colleagues, including delegation and coaching.
6. Preparing and managing budgets, including negotiations for new or repeat work.
7. Providing specialist support in developing technology to support compliance work.
This role is for you if:
* You are qualified CTA/ACA/ACCA or have equivalent work experience, including international candidates.
* You possess strong UK tax skills and technical knowledge of computations and returns.
* You are tax literate, with experience of tax packages.
* You maintain a highly professional attitude in a deadline-driven environment.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
* You have demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
