As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support service users with their daily needs while also acting as a role model and support to other care staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality personal care and support in line with individual care plans Administer or assist with medication in accordance with policies and training Support service users with mobility, nutrition, personal hygiene, and daily activities Promote dignity, independence, and choice at all times Act as a senior point of contact during shifts, offering guidance to Care Assistants Monitor and report changes in service users’ physical or emotional wellbeing Maintain accurate records and documentation Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management as required Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC regulatory standards Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures Guaranteed Hours This role offers guaranteed Hours, ensuring you receive consistent pay each week regardless of shift changes, providing greater job security and work–life balance.
