Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Automation Test Lead to design, implement, and evolve automation testing strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals. This role acts as a subject matter expert in automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca, ensuring quality is embedded across the software development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and architects. The position requires strong stakeholder management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to align testing efforts with broader business objectives.
What you will do:
* Design and implement effective automation test strategies and frameworks aligned with business goals.
* Create and adapt automation frameworks to support evolving project needs.
* Lead the development and maintenance of automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
* Contribute to the continuous evolution and optimization of automation testing practices.
* Align testing efforts with business objectives through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
* Support functional and automation testing across web, API platforms, and ERP systems such as SAP S4/Hana.
* Utilize test management tools such as Jira to track and manage testing activities.
Qualifications
* Expert-level experience with Tricentis Tosca automation tooling.
* Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#.
* Experience working with Playwright.
* Hands-on experience in functional and automation testing across web, API, and ERP platforms.
* Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira.
* ISTQB Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it.
* Experience in continuous testing and test optimization practices.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to align testing with business objectives.
* SC clearance with dual passport, one being UK.
* Willingness to undergo additional vetting as required.
