If you're passionate about helping young people kickstart their careers and want to be part of an exciting journey, we'd love to hear from you General Duties and Responsibilities will include the following Assist in the onboarding process for new apprentices, including start paperwork where required. Auditing the start paperwork upon completion by BDCs/Assessors, ensuring any errors are promptly identified and rectified with the goal of achieving 100% accuracy at all times. Ensure the Candidate tracker is kept up to date at all times with the relevant information. To ensure the accurate and timely input of all required information into SDS management system, FIPS, in line with SDS rules and regulations Auditing all review documentation ensuring reviews adhere to SDS standards including expected and actual review dates. Updating review tracker and sending out on a weekly basis to assessment team Attend monthly Operations Meetings in person and record any follow up actions as required. Respond to enquiries from apprentices, trainers, and other stakeholders regarding programme requirements, schedules, and procedures. Facilitate communication between apprentices, trainers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration. General administration as required. Qualifications: Desirable: Business Administration SVQ level 3/HNC/HND Administration Person Specification: Competent IT user including the use of Microsoft Office Packages Effective communication skills verbally and written. Can follow instructions accurately. Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise. Effective listening skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work as part of a team contributing to and supporting working together. Show a commitment to and understanding of personal learning and development.
