The Role
We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Support Officer to provide coordination and administrative support for international regulatory meetings and stakeholder engagement for a membership organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate meetings, briefings, and delegate registrations
* Manage attendance records and documentation systems
* Provide administrative support during international meetings, including troubleshooting access issues
* Maintain internal databases and SharePoint records
* Support stakeholder communications and correspondence groups
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics

* Proven administrative experience in a professional environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Desirable
