Scope and Purpose of the job
Due to our refurbishment we are recruiting Afternoon/Evening public area cleaners for our expanding team. Our Public Area cleaners are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the hotel including the Spa, restaurants and public areas, supporting our room attendants when necessary.
There are a variety of shifts available with shifts starting from 3pm /5pm onwards.
No experience is required as full training will be given. Candidates must enjoy talking to our guests and providing excellent customer service.
About The Role
What will I be doing?
As the Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Ensure that the designated areas are property and regularly cleaned.
• Knowledgeable of the location of outlets and other facilities in order to correctly direct guests.
• Ensure that supplies are properly stocked in the restrooms.
• Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile.
• Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests’ requests.
• Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
• Keep storeroom neat and in good order.
• Report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs, reporting promptly and following up on urgent repair issues.
• Deliver high quality services to guests.
• Adhere to the hotel’s cleaning and maintenance programs, maintain a clean work area.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
