Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Graphic and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a knack for analysing data to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities:
* Graphic Design & Content Creation:
* Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and infographics for our website, social media channels, podcast, and other content.
* Create engaging visual content for social media posts, feature images, and article illustrations, ensuring alignment with current trends and audience preferences.
* Maintain consistency in design style, fonts, and images across all platforms while adhering to Xcel Health's brand guidelines.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
* Video Recording & Editing:
* Record and edit videos for our podcast, YouTube content, and other media channels.
* Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
* Work closely with the team to ensure video content aligns with marketing objectives and engages the target audience.
* Digital Marketing:
* Support the marketing team with strategy for website and social media platforms to maximize visibility and drive engagement.
* Collaborate with the marketing teams to implement best practices for content optimization and digital campaigns.
* Track key performance metrics and refine marketing efforts to improve audience engagement and conversion rates.
* Social Media Management:
* Oversee and grow Xcel Health's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Collaborate with the media and management teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals.
* Engage with followers and respond to community feedback, maintaining an active online presence.
* Collaboration & Team Support:
* Work alongside the editorial, marketing, and management teams to understand content needs and produce designs that enhance our services and communications.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and content.
* Ensure that all design work and content reflect Xcel Health's vision and objectives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and video recording/editing.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Experience with other design and video software such as Canva.
* Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with digital marketing strategies is a plus but not essential.
* Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
* Experience in managing social media accounts and growing an online community (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
* Excellent video recording and editing skills. Experience with podcast recording/editing is a plus.
* Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and multimedia content (including infographics, video content, and social media assets).
* Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* A creative mindset with a passion for design and digital media.
